How do I enroll in a course?
Create a free account, open the course you want and follow the payment steps. Courses are sold one by one. There's no subscription, so you only pay for what you study.
How does payment work?
Transfer the course fee to the account shown at checkout, then upload a screenshot of your receipt. Most receipts are checked automatically and the course opens in seconds. The rest are reviewed by a person within 24 to 48 hours. Payment help explains it step by step.
How long does receipt checking take?
Automatic checks are instant. Manual reviews usually take 24 to 48 hours. You can see the status under Payments in your dashboard: Pending, Approved or Denied. If it's denied, you'll see why, so you can fix it and upload again.
My receipt was denied. What now?
Read the reason on the receipt in your Payments page. Usually the screenshot is unclear, the amount doesn't match, or the transfer is more than 24 hours old. Fix it and upload again. It costs nothing. The common reasons are on Payment help.
How long do I keep a course I bought?
For life. A paid course doesn't expire and you never pay for it again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 7 days of your payment being approved, if you haven't used much of the course. That means under 15% of the video length and under 15% of the question bank. Crossing either one ends it. A course you tried on a free trial can't be refunded. Email [email protected] with your transfer number. Overpayments are always refunded. Full rules: Terms of Use.
Is there a free trial?
Sometimes. When a free trial or offer is running, you'll see it on the course. A trial gives you access for a limited time so you can try the lectures, flashcards and question bank first. When it ends, pay for the course to keep your access. Your progress is kept.
How many devices can I use?
Two. This stops one paid account being shared by a whole group. New phone or laptop? Message support and we'll remove the old device.
Can I study offline?
Flashcards and the question bank work on a weak connection once loaded. Videos need an internet connection. They stream and can't be downloaded, to protect the tutors' work.
Which devices does Memorize work on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser. On a phone, you can add Memorize to your home screen so it opens like an app. Android: browser menu, then Install app. iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Are quizzes timed like the real exam?
Yes. Exam-style quizzes are timed blocks with full explanations, built like exams such as USMLE, MRCS and MRCP.
How do I ask a tutor a question?
Message them from the course. It's a private chat with your tutor, not a public forum.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected], or use the WhatsApp and Telegram links at the bottom of this page. We reply within 24 to 48 hours. For payment questions, Payment help is usually faster.
